ERT is an intuitive testing system developed by Anthony Whitehurst that is similar to applied kinesiology’s muscle testing. The testing system works off of an individual’s own body intelligence by detecting a person’s energetic response to different questions or prompts. People use ERT when they want guidance in figuring out what type of supplements, herbs, or foods to intake; or what type of meditation or exercise form to practice for ideal physical and mental wellness.
